The Flat Nines are a Portland based band that capture the groovy sounds of the 1960’s and 1970’s. Tommy Houston guitar/vocals, and Melissa Carroll sax/flute, lead the front line with their contemporary original songs and covers of soul jazz and funk with a modern twist.
